The ZLINE 30 in. 400 CFM Island Mount Range Hood in Black Stainless Steel (BSKE2iN-30) is complete with built-to-last technology and professional performance. Each piece is hand cut and crafted utilizing premium grade stainless steel which accomplishes its sophisticated “piano black” finish through a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Coating.

Also known as sputtering, this technique utilizes a vaporization process to create an atom-bonded, strong ceramic layer in order to achieve its stunning black stainless shine and built-to-last quality. The PVD ceramic layer is composed of abrasion-resistant material, ensuring that its pristine finish will be enjoyed for years to come. Experience powerful yet quiet ventilation while cooking with its 4-speed 400 CFM motor.

Modern upgrades include built-in LED lighting for an illuminated cooking experience, and dishwasher-safe stainless steel baffle filters for easy clean-up. Chimney Sizing

ZLINE Range Hoods are designed to fit the majority of kitchens right out of the box. Some kitchens with shorter ceilings do need a shortening kit or an extension kit depending on ceiling height. All our stainless steel hoods come with two telescoping chimneys to ensure the perfect fit. For our Designer Series hoods, we provide a one-piece chimney that can be cut to size.

All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, except where noted (some models will be shipped via Truck Freight, due to their size and/or weight).  

Tracking number(s) will be provided by E-mail by the end of the business day (8PM EST).

We only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We will work with private parties/shipping proxies for shipments outside our normal shipping range (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, etc) if pre-arranged by the customer. We will NOT honor returns for shipments outside of our normal shipping range.

30 Day Return Policy

You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery. Call our Customer Service Department so that we can contact our carrier to schedule a pick-up for the item. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

There are no refunds or exchanges on installed or used items.

Prior to shipping, all products from ZLINE Vendor are individually inspected to verify that they leave our facility in brand-new condition. We re-package all our products well so they arrive on your doorstep undamaged. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Contact our Customer Care Department at 1-833-597-2461 within 48 hours.

Before installing your unit, please test the item(s) for proper functionality by plugging it into the wall and testing the fan and lights. If unit does not work, please contact customer service right away.

Freight Return Policy:

• When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged.” If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.
• If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.
• If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.

All returns must have return authorization from ZLINE Vendor prior to shipment. Shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes, are not refundable. Special-order items or altered items cannot be returned.

If shipping damage is discovered, please contact us within 7 business days from date of delivery. After 7 business days, it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a damage claim with the shipping company. ZLINE Vendor will assist the customer in filing the damage claim, if required to do so by the shipping company.

It is the customer’s responsibility to consult their ventilation specialist prior to purchase in order to assure that the product will fit its intended application, as well as comply with local building codes.

All products to be returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

General Terms (applicable to ALL returns):

• All returns must have return authorization from ZLINE prior to shipment.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, brokerage fees, and local taxes, are not refundable.
• Special-order items or altered items cannot be returned.
• Items must be received in the original packaging materials, including the original, securely sealed box, Styrofoam panels, accessories, and instruction manual.
• Items returned for a refund must be received in perfect condition, free from scratches, dents, or any other damage.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on installed or used items.
